Nice, January 29, 2025. Vulog, the global leader in shared mobility technologies, is proud to have been chosen as the technology partner for two ambitious projects combining telematics and car-sharing services, initiated by the departments of Alpes-Maritimes (06) and Pas-de-Calais (62). These initiatives demonstrate the strong commitment of local authorities to modernizing their fleets while adopting sustainable and cost-effective mobility solutions.
In Pas-de-Calais, Vulog is working with the Departmental Council to provide its 5,000 employees with a fleet of 500 vehicles, accessible via a mobile application or employees’ ID badges.
In Alpes-Maritimes, Vulog will deploy its technology for a fleet of 1,300 vehicles designated for two distinct entities: the Departmental Council and the Departmental Fire and Rescue Service (SDIS 06).
For both projects, Vulog is offering innovative technology that integrates advanced fleet management tools to optimize vehicle usage, encourage responsible driving practices, and collect data to enhance overall fleet performance. These solutions enable local authorities to reduce the size of their fleets, lower operational costs, and actively contribute to the ecological transition.
At Vulog, our mission is to accelerate the transition to shared and sustainable mobility through innovative and efficient technologies. Being chosen to support the departments of Alpes-Maritimes and Pas-de-Calais demonstrates the versatility and reliability of our platform, capable of meeting diverse needs while delivering a significant impact.” stated Vulog CEO Gregory Ducongé.
