NICE. October 17, 2023 On Thursday, October 12th, and Friday, October 13th, Vulog customers from around the globe met in Lyon, France to attend the second edition of the private client event, Vulog Connect Days 2023.
The event’s goal is to provide a safe space for operators to share their challenges, successes, and best practices openly. Panels and keynotes deep-dived into some of the industry’s most pressing topics including:
- The secrets to ensuring customer satisfaction
- How to leverage fleet mix
- How to implement B2B and Corporate Mobility offers
- Why customer rewards programs are a win-win
- Invaluable insights from some of the world’s most successful operators
At the heart of the two-day event was Vulog’s Mobility Showcase, Leo&Go carsharing, which recently announced breakeven after only 21 months of operations. The Leo&Go team shared nitty-gritty details with the attendees about how they achieved this milestone and even hosted intimate tours and Q&A sessions at their offices.
Vulog was also delighted to receive Valentin Lugenstrass, Lyon’s Deputy Mayor in charge of mobility and logistics to speak about the future of green mobility in the city.
Dates and the location for the 3rd edition of Connect Days will be announced in 2024.
