MONTREAL. May 12, 2025. Vulog, the global leader in mobility technology, is proud to announce the launch of Leo Autopartage, a new large-scale carsharing service bringing 600 free-floating vehicles to the streets of Montreal.

Designed for convenience, accessibility, and operational excellence, Leo Autopartage is the latest mobility initiative powered by Vulog’s AI-based technology platform. The service draws directly from Vulog’s deep experience: both as a trusted technology partner for mobility operators across North America as well as their mobility showcase Leo&Go, the profitable carsharing service launched in Lyon, France, in 2021.

Leo Autopartage is the next step in our mission to show what operational excellence looks like, and to prove that financial sustainability in carsharing is truly within reach,” said Gregory Ducongé, CEO of Vulog. “Montreal is an ideal city for this kind of service. The demand is strong, and we’re bringing the experience and partners needed to meet it.”

Global Experience, Local Strength

Leo Autopartage is launched in collaboration with Quebec-based Groupe MHT, a forward-looking dealership group embracing the future of mobility. It is also supported by Foss National Leasing for leasing services and integrated into the Transit app, one of North America’s most popular urban mobility platforms, to ensure ease of access and visibility among multimodal travelers.

The Service at a Glance

  • 600 shared vehicles, including Honda Civics and Mitsubishi RVRs (AWD and 2WD)
  • Operating across ten boroughs of Montreal
  • Fast, seamless onboarding: users approved in under 24 hours
  • Pricing competitive with existing providers

Looking Ahead

Leo Autopartage’s launch represents a significant new option for Montrealers seeking flexible, on-demand transportation. While the fleet starts at 600 vehicles across three different models, the service is built for evolution, ready to scale as usage grows and new needs emerge.
