The results of Leo&Go’s 2023 Customer Satisfaction Survey

Leo&Go's second customer satisfaction reveals how customers are using the carsharing service and it's impact on the wider mobility landscape

In October, Leo&Go conducted its second annual customer survey to gain insights into service usage, successes, areas for improvement, and its impact on the local mobility landscape. The survey was completed by an astonishing 1,180 respondents, a 250% increase from the previous year’s survey. Here are a few note-worthy findings:

  1. Convenience and Price: 95% of Leo&Go users choose the service for its convenience, 46% for cost-effectiveness, and 39% appreciate its ecological aspects.
  2. Versatile Usage: Leo&Go serves various purposes, with 71% using it for leisure, 27% for work, 13% for moving, and 4% for educational purposes.
  3. Enhanced Mobility Choices: Since adopting Leo&Go, 44% use public transportation more, 43% walk more, 32% bike more, and 12% use electric scooters more.
  4. High Customer Satisfaction: Leo&Go receives an average rating of 4.4 out of 5 stars, highlighting its exceptional standing in the carsharing market.
